“Prince Hotel” Rehabilitation Former Prince Hotel has a new owner and new plans. Applicant, Transitions Florida, LLC (Rolf Eggers) is requesting approval of a Rehabilitation Renaissance Zone project for the 114 North 3rd Street building.
