It’s Bismarck’s Biggest Reunion!

 The 46th Annual Downtowners Street Fair and major autumn event is set for Friday and Saturday September 13-14.  Over 180 food, arts, and craft vendors line the streets of Downtown Bismarck Friday 10am-8pm and Saturday 9am-6pm. Kids inflatables and games will be located in the parking lot on 5th and Broadway, and local musicians will be busking (performing) at the Busker’s Corner on 4th and Broadway. NEW this year- Beer Garden in the BNC National Bank parking lot!  Parking is available in the Downtown ramps for $1/hour or $6/day.

Downtown Cleanup Day Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for volunteers to help with our next Downtown Cleanup Day Sept 5.  We’ll be hauling and spreading bark in the planting beds, weeding, and general clean up!  Crews will meet at 8am at the corner of 4th and Broadway. If you’d like to help, sign up here:

Disrupt Well Summit Returns
The third annual DisruptWell Summit will be held Tuesday, September 17 at the BSC National Energy Center of Excellence.

A disruptive technology or innovation is one that goes on to create a new market and value network, disrupting the existing market. This innovation improves a product or service in ways the market does not expect. It’s a shift in how business is done.

The agenda will focus on workforce development and how disruptive technologies are affecting jobs, education and more. Our speakers will cover a wide range of topics, including: Blockchain, 3D Printing, 5G, AI, Cybersecurity and Healthcare.

MPO’s Mobility Futures  Workshop  
The Mobility Futures Workshop is a two-part workshop designed to consider how different transportation futures can and should be incorporated into the region’s transportation network.
