Co-working Space Planned
The concept of co-working inevitably comes to fruition in a community that is experiencing growth in entrepreneurism and start-up businesses. Bismarck has been experiencing that surge with groups like Todaymade, 1 Million Cups, Start Bismarck, and the IDEA Center at the fore-front of a cultural business shift. Studies have shown that young professionals in particular work well in this shared environment. According to Start Bismarck, “The Start Bismarck Co-Working space offers independent workers of all types a convenient, affordable and unique office space and an alternative to a home, local meeting room… This space is located in downtown Bismarck on the corner of 4th and Broadway, and aims to provide an innovative workspace for the independent worker and the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the community.”
