Downtown Lights Are Up!

Downtown Bismarck is looking more festive thanks to the help of Dakota Community Bank and Trust! The snowflake lights and winter banners are up!

Thank you to everyone who came to our Member Mixer! We had over 60 members come and enjoy pizza from The CraftCade, conversation, and tours of the Renaissance Lofts and the Grove. Thank you also to the Lander Group for being awesome hosts!

Downtown Dollars

Downtown Bismarck has your favorite shops, restaurants, services & entertainment in one place. Visit your favorite stores, restaurants, and businesses, and support our local economy! Use the Downtown Dollars gift card at all participating locations. They make great corporate gifts as well!

How It Works:

Select the value of your Downtown Dollars. Choose your recipients (friends, family, team) & send via email or text message. The recipient can use it make purchases at participating businesses. (Tips at restaurants should be made with cash or another card.)

Downtown Bismarck Cocoa Crawl

A fun event put on by the local downtown businesses to help you get in the holiday spirit (and knock some things off your Christmas list). It’s the 7th annual Bismarck Downtown Cocoa Crawl!

Enjoy holiday treats, refreshments, and exclusive discounts at your favorite downtown small businesses. Once you’ve completed the route, pick up your cocoa mug at Walkers n‘ Daughters Jewelers. Adults check your mugs for a sticker. You could win a small door prize or $100 gift card to Walkers n’ Daughters Jewelers. There will be 10 winners throughout the event. There will be Christmas carolers, appearances by Miss Grinch and BB Lou Who and much more.

Little Kids, Big World: Holiday History

Discover the origins of the Christmas tree, and build one from candy and toothpicks.

Toddlers and preschoolers are invited to the free interactive learning series “Little Kids, Big World” at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum. These interactive 30-minute programs introduce children to North Dakota’s fascinating history. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and are asked to meet at the east entrance information desk.
The event will be this Saturday, December 2nd at 10 am and 11 am, and Tuesday, December 5th at 10 am.
