We know new employees and those returning to the area are looking to “plug in” to Bismarck socially– but how? And where do you find all the information?
Bismarck Beacon “Plugged In” brings multiple Bismarck organizations on stage to present opportunities for employees and residents to socially ‘plug in’, including sports/recreation, arts, volunteering, family/kids events.

The purpose is for our community to help plug you in, making Bismarck your forever home!
Who should attend: New Bismarckers, new job, looking to get involved in the community, recruiters, community leaders, and everyone and anyone who is interested in learning or finding out more of what the Bismarck community has to offer!

This is a FREE event, but please register so we have a count for food

The mission of the organization is to support revitalization of Downtown Bismarck in the form of innovative and progressive programs and projects. Each year our linked Downtown Business Association works on continued revitalization efforts for our historic Downtown while being funded entirely privately, no government dollars are requested. That’s why our members, patrons and supporters are so important to Downtown’s continued evolution.

What is BisMan Green Dot?

The Green Dot goal is the permanent reduction of power-based personal violence – including (but not limited to) sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, and child abuse.
The Green Dot trainings are available in a 90 minute zoom or a 3 hour in person training. The goal is to equip everyone in our communities with tools they can use to show that we are a community that does not tolerate power based violence.
