Small Business Saturday
Downtown Nov 28!

The Downtowners of Bismarck are once again Neighborhood Champions for Small Business Saturday Nov. 28.  Over 40 Downtowners Association member businesses are participating with sales, specials, and events!  Following Black Friday, Small Business Saturday encourages the community to spend a portion of their holiday budget with local independent businesses.  Money spent at local businesses has a greater positive effect on our community’s economy.  Retailers, service providers, galleries, theaters, restaurants and cafes are participating.

The Bismarck Police Department would like to remind businesses and patrons Downtown about alley parking.  Alleys are for service vehicles, deliveries, and emergency access. Vehicles parked in the alleys must be actively loading and unloading and should not exceed 30 minutes or could risk getting a ticket. Vehicles should not block or double park in the alleys to allow access for emergency vehicles and sanctioned uses.  For more information on alley parking contact the City of Bismarck Traffic Engineer or Bismarck Police Department Traffic Division.
