3rd Art & Wine Walk, July 31
The 3rd Annual Downtowners Art & Wine Walk is scheduled for July 31 in Downtown Bismarck. Over 20 members will be participating in this quickly growing Downtown event. Artists and musicians from the area will be pairing with a Downtown business serving a unique wine selection and appetizers. Nearly 300 attendees participated in last year’s event, selling out before the event date. This year, the Art & Wine Walk will be featuring some new locations, artists, and wines, along with door prizes at each stop. We are fortunate to host our passport holders check-in and out at the historic Dakota Stage Theater on Main Ave. The Downtowners Art & Wine Walk is a great chance to walk our beautiful Downtown and get to know our business owners and all their great products. Tickets are limited and go on sale Thursday July 3 at noon. Visit www.downtownbismarck.com for tickets and event information.

Downtown News
Bismarck City Commissioners approved up to $6,000 at their June 10 meeting for decorative banners on poles with existing proper hardware. Current banners are designed only for the winter months and remain empty during the warmer months. The decision was approved based on a recommendation from the newly formed Downtown Master Plan Implementation committee, with regard to new streetscaping plans for Downtown cited in the Sub-area study.
