Downtown Bismarck is somewhere you can leap to different events all weekend long! Celebrate the 2020 Leap Year Weekend with multiple events happening in and around Downtown Bismarck.

New Housing Development Approved
The Grove and Renaissance Lofts have been approved by the the Downtown Design Committee, Renaissance Zone Authority and Bismarck City Commission. The project will go to the state for final approval. Nearly 90 combined housing units are scheduled for these sites just north of the William Guy Federal Building. Lander Group has a proposed private investment of $11.7 Million over the two projects.

Tickets are $35 Early-bird + Eventbrite processing. Proceeds from the event support the Downtown Bismarck Community Foundation 501c3, must be 21 to attend.

Spring Used Book Sale
The Friends of the Bismarck Public Library will be holding their Spring Used Book Sale March 5-7 in the Library’s meeting rooms. 50,000+ used books will be for sale at $1.00 per pound. CDs, DVDs, and other items are priced separately. Proceeds fund special purchases/projects at the Library.
1 Million Cups-Live Job Board
1 Million Cups will now be hosting a Live Job board every first Wednesday of the month. If your business is hiring- attend 1 Million Cups, and you will have a chance to announce any job opening(s) on stage.
