Every June the Downtowners produce the Rip Roarin’ Ribfest. National “ribbers” will cook ribs, pulled pork & beef, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw and all the sides and fixin’s. There are activities scheduled for all members of the family: food, live music, big-ticket item booths, inflatable games for kids ages 2 to 102, eating contests, VIP Tent sponsored by Cloverdale Foods.
