Gideon’s Brewery
Gideon’s Brewing Company was established by Dave Duma, a Bismarck local and retired helicopter pilot for the Marine Corps. In 2018. His experience with homebrewing gave him a drive to experiment with usage of hops, yeast and malts, to create so many unique flavors. Since the start, he has gone from plastic to stainless steel fermenters and has grown from 6 to 9 beers with 8 in seasonal rotation. Gideon’s is a great place to enjoy games and have conversations with old friends or make some new ones.
