Happy Holidays and Good Fortune in 2023. Your staff and board of directors want to thank you for your support and work in 2022 and look forward to amazing things in 2023.
In 2017, the Downtowners Association and our membership embarked on a journey to create an 18 hour 7 day a week Downtown with the launch of our Downtown Partnership Program. And we are happy to report that huge progress has been made. We look forward to over $40M in new housing opening up in 2022-2023, creating an ecosystem where the community and employees not only work and play downtown, but call downtown home as a resident.
Our staff, board and council have been working diligently on a new funding program launching in 2023 that will help new and existing businesses build and expand. We’ve worked with numerous public and private partners to support policy changes and updates that help our member businesses succeed. And have hopes of a successful legislative session with our business priorities.
Our members, boards, and volunteers make this all possible. Bright days are ahead! Thank you for your support of the vision of Downtown Bismarck.
