Economic Resiliency Grant Closes Aug 28!
Aug 28 is the last day to submit for the Economic Resiliency Grant!

The North Dakota Department of Commerce is proud to make the Economic Resiliency Grant available to private companies operating in North Dakota for costs associated with improvements to their businesses for the purpose of reducing the spread of infection, and instilling consumer confidence in the marketplace. To clarify, this is a grant, and not a loan. Grants will be awarded at up to $50,000 per eligible business and up to $100,000 per eligible business with multiple locations.

In the application process, you will be required to make a number of certifications, including but not limited to:

  • Being registered to do business in ND, having one or more permanent physical locations in ND, and having been financially solvent prior to March, and having been negatively financially impacted by COVID-19.
  • That you will use the money for approved expenses only, and return the difference, if applicable.
