Tickets now on sale for the Downtowners Art & Wine Walk- Thursday, June 16!
Enjoy Beautiful Downtown Bismarck the evening of June 16 while you sample unique wine selections, enjoy appetizers, and take in all forms of art that our community has to offer at each of our many great business locations. Get your Art & Wine Walk Passport stamped at each location for a chance to win prizes! Make it to all the locations to be eligible for the Grand Prize! Walk the historic streets and patronize our artistic community and Downtown Businesses. Tickets for the event are $50/person in advance, $55/person late bird, plus Eventbrite processing–you must be 21 to participate. Proceeds from the Downtowners Art & Wine Walk will go to the Downtowners non-profit to promote betterment and revitalization efforts of our historic Downtown for the entire community to enjoy. Increased safety and sanitation measures will be implemented for businesses and attendees.

Alchemist Tattoo: Piercing for a Cause

Gifts From Gretchyn and Alchemist Tattoo have joined together for two days to help raise monies for families who suffer child loss for a plot and/or headstone. A portion of each piercing fee ($15) raised will be donated back. Join us either day for a new piercing (or two), snacks, new information, and giving back.
Tons of local businesses have donated to the cause, including downtown member businesses. Downtown is a community of helping hands and big hearts.

‘Dream Center’ Becomes Reality

Downtown Member, Jim Barnhardt owner of J&R Vacuum, has made a dream become reality, the recently opened Dream Center Bismarck.
“Jim’s story of creating a Dream Center in the city of Bismarck starts on May 29, 2016. He woke up with a vision for a meal ministry and services to help those in need firmly planted in his mind. Jim explained his vision to his wife Cindy and asked her what she thought about it. Cindy’s reply was, “You know what you need to do.” What Jim didn’t realize at the time, was it was that vision and direction from God that would kick-start his drive to bring a Dream Center to Bismarck. For the next year, Cindy and Jim met with many people in the community, including several pastors, church leaders, city officials and the Mayor to discuss this vision.”
