Buzz: 

A medical parking ramp between the hospitals is on hold for now.  RFQ has been sent out.  The ramp would be very large, it could be around 1,300 spaces.

Owners of  regional Thai restaurants have said they’d like to open a location in Downtown Bismarck by Fall 2012.  Intended for Rick Becker’s Project, new construction.

UND Family Medicine space will be vacated in the Parkade.  Medcenter One has an option on the space.  RFP has been sent out for Parkade Lobby remodeling and has been awarded to Leaf Design Studios.

Cowan Building has been sold at auction to a buyer from Williston.

B&B by library not moving forward.
