JL Beers- Former Bain Agency Building, 3rd St.  Building and liquor license acquired, Renaissance Zone Application submitted for Feb ’12 meeting.  Early Summer 2012.

Buzz: 

A medical parking ramp between the hospitals is moving forward with planning.  RFQ has been sent out.  The ramp would be very large, it could be around 1,300 spaces.

Owners of  regional Thai restaurants have said they’d like to open a location in Downtown Bismarck by Summer 2012.  Intended for Rick Becker’s Project, new construction.

UND Family Medicine space will be vacated in the Parkade.  Medcenter One has an option on the space.  RFP has been sent out for remodeling and it has been narrowed to 3 architects.

Cowan Building will be auctioned by Pifers.
