What is the Rip-Roaring Ribfest?

The Rip-Roarin’ Ribfest is a Downtowners event created to stimulate interest and excitement in the downtown area and bring our community together. Proceeds from the Ribfest will go toward betterment efforts for downtown Bismarck.

WHEN IS THE RIP-ROARIN’ RIBFEST?

The Rip-Roarin’ Ribfest takes place in Lot D of the Bismarck Civic Center June 13-15, 2013. The show runs 11am – 11pm all three days!

WHO CAN ENTER?

National “ribbers” will cook ribs, pulled pork & beef, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw and all the sides and fixin’s. 

Other vendors are eligible to enter as well through sponsorship opportunities. The Rip-Roarin’ Ribfest allows the entire community to become involved. Local businesses are encouraged to sponsor the show and in return will be able to highlight their business with a booth inside the “corral.”

WHAT IS THERE TO DO?

Besides creating new interest and excitement, the Rip-Roarin’ Ribfest is a family event. There are activities scheduled for all members of the family: food, live music, big-ticket item booths, inflatable games for kids ages 2 to 102, eating contests, VIP Tent sponsored by Cloverdale Foods, Beer Mug Club Promotions and much more!
