March 30 Downtown Bismarck News

It’s Not Too Far…

The first round of Walk [Your City]: Downtown Bismarck wayfinding signs will be installed on Friday, March 31! Walk [Your City] helps boost your community’s walkability, linking informational street signs for people with web-based campaign management and data collection to complement traditional approaches to wayfinding. Walk [Your City]: Downtown Bismarck is a partnership between GO! Bismarck Mandan and the Downtowners Association to create, install and monitor the progress of the signage campaign throughout Downtown Bismarck. The campaign will tentatively run throughout 2017.  Scan the bar code on each sign to find exact locations for each point of interest. The next batch of signs will be installed in coming weeks. Walk [Your City] is a low cost initiative to provide wayfinding to points of interest, encouraging walking and biking in neighborhoods.
